			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>How many people can actually say that they love and accept themselves just as they are?  </p>
<p>Learning to love yourself is quite possibly one of the hardest things to accomplish in your life.  And that is when there is nothing wrong with you.  Imagine having an eating disorder.  It is even harder for people to love and accept their own bodies when they have an eating disorder.  </p>
<p>One can find hatred for our bodies everywhere.  On the street, you can hear a total stranger complaining about the size of her thighs to a friend.  In the grocery store, you see the man looking at the nutrition facts with a puzzled look on his face.  In magazines, almost everyone is airbrushed.  So, its no wonder why we dont love ourselves like we should.  We are constantly surrounded by negativity that tells us that we are never good enough.  We should not be happy until we achieve that certain number on the scale, right?  Wrong.  </p>
<p>The most essential thing for people to incorporate into their life is personal development or self-improvement.  Personal development can help people shed the layers that they hide behind.  Personal development is just wanting to better yourself.  Self-improvement can help a person unravel who they are and morph into who they want to become, which is someone that loves themselves.  Anything is achievable when you learn to work on yourself.  Nothing seems too far away.  </p>
<p>Personal development is what will help teach you how to accept and love yourself, along with any flaws that you may have.  It is also the stepping stone for you to start making important, positive changes in your life that will ultimately change your eating habits.  </p>
<p>There are many things that can be done with personal development to help Binge Eating Disorder.  The first thing that one can do is to stop surrounding themselves with any negative talk.  Negative talk is any thoughts or conversation that you enter that is negative.  These thoughts and conversations will not help you to become more in love with yourself.  They will make you see all of the bad that is in you.  Your mind will be clouded.  Learn to appreciate the positive and beautiful things in your life.</p>
<p>Another thing that one can do is to start reading personal development books and listen to audio tapes.  Instead of watching television at night, read a good book that will teach you how to appreciate yourself.  While driving to work, pop in a personal development CD that will expand your mind and get you to start thinking about what changes in your life you want to make.</p>
<p>When you start to accept your body and love it in the present, even though it may not be exactly what you want forever, your mind will start to change and you wont be so hard on yourself.  Imagine how our lives would be if everyone gave themselves a break and just accepted the way they were at any given moment.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I was smiling to myself when I read the story of Linda name changed but the story is true and factual.</p>
<p>One day, a photograph of a big oversized girl in her early twenties was splashed throughout the newspapers in Malaysia. The photograph showed a plain looking oversized girl who was sitting on top of a hapless man, pinning him down by her sheer weight.</p>
<p>When I read the news story, it told of how Linda was the victim of a snatch thief who went for her handbag, but this gusty oversized pounder of a girl was not going to take it lightly. She pounced on the snatch thief and pinned him down, and yelled for help.</p>
<p>Oversized, and unflattering in looks, she spoke of having to walk alone back from work at a photo studio where she worked as a clerk, as she had no boy friend.</p>
<p>Three months down the road, I was again surprised by another photograph.</p>
<p>This time the photograph showed the same Linda &#8211; but as a dashing, slim and attractive girl. Gone was the fat, the flabby thighs, and what remained was a vastly improved Linda with new attractive looks, and a new wardrobe.</p>
<p>How did Linda make that transistion from oversized and shunned lady to a desirable siren?</p>
<p>What transpired was that when her photograph was published in newspapers nationwide, there was a boss from a Weight Loss and Slimming Centre who knew Linda would benefit from a course on dieting and weight loss and control. <p>How Overweight Is America? </p>
<p>How serious is obesity in America? According to Kathleen Donnelly for MSN Health &#038; Fitness, statistics show that 60 percent of adult Americans weigh too much, and 17 percent of American children and teens are overweight.<br />
And the problem continues to escalate. In the past thirty years, children in the USA are increasingly tipping the scales. The rise of obesity among children between the ages of 6 and 11 has gone from 4 to 13  in three decades. Obesity in US children ages 12 to 19 has gone from 5 to 14.   And if a child is obese at the age of 6, it has a 5050 chance of being obese for life. Obese thirteen year olds have a 75 likelihood of being obese for the rest of their lives.  This problem is even more severe among blacks and Hispanics.  </p>
<p>To remedy their plight, 103,000 morbidly obese Americans living in the United States had gastric bypass surgery in 2003. The complication rate was 7. </p>
<p>What causes obesity?   </p>
<p>Several causes for obesity have been suggested, including heredity, social-economic conditions, diet, and exercise. Since we cant control who our parents are, lets focus on social-economic conditions, diet, and exercise.<br />
Obesity &#038; Social-economic conditions<br />
Numerous studies have concluded that there is a direct cause and effect relationship between a persons level of education and their odds of being overweight. The greater their level of learning is, the slimmer their odds of obesity are. </p>
<p>Dysfunctional Diets, Inadequate Exercise, and Bulging Belt-lines</p>
<p>Of course, two obvious causes of obesity are dysfunctional diets and a lack of proper exercise. Americans are exercising less and less while simultaneously consuming too much junk food. The average US woman is now consuming 335 more calories per day than the average woman in 1971. Calorie intake among men has increased to an additional 168 calories per day. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Motivation is one of the key variables for the equation that yields long term weight loss success. The question is how do you maintain the motivation to attain the ultimate goal? Regardless if your weight loss goal is 20 pounds or 100 pounds you must change your thinking to change your behavior and writing makes that happen.</p>
<p>Weight loss really does begin in your head. Every successful athlete understands that his thinking process is either working for him or against him. The same holds true with weight loss. If your internal dialogue is negative, your results will eventually manifest the same result! You cant degrade yourself to a healthy new you! You must change your thinking to work for you, to build your resolve, and to maintain that all important motivational factor.</p>
<p>Writing is an exercise that will help your mind change its thinking! It allows you to process the negative emotions and helps to instill the positive changes. Start with these simple exercises</p>
<p>1. The Negative Emotions Daily Dump Many success coaches advocate writing out your negative thinking on a daily basis. Simply spend approximately 15 minutes writing out all the frustrations, bad feelings, and discouragement. This helps you to process these bad feelings out of your system so that you can make room for positive affirmations. Do not reread the entries and do not keep them. Write it out, and then throw it out. We call this the Negative Emotions Daily Dump.</p>
<p>2. Affirm Your Goals Prepare a list of affirmations that will help your subconscious work with your conscious brain to make those all important behavioral changes. Then write your affirmations at least twice a day. Write them once after you have written your Negative Emotions Daily Dump. Dont do the Negative Dump without filling it with the positive affirmations. You should always end with this. Write the second set of affirmations either right before you go to bed or first thing in the morning. Read your affirmations several times a day.</p>
<p>3. Understand your Motivations In order to stay motivated you must understand your real reasons for losing weight. In other words, understand why YOU want to lose weight. Not why your spouse or friends want you to lose weight but why losing the weight is important to you. Do you really want more energy? Do you just love skinny clothes? Do you want to participate in an activity that would be easier if you were slim and healthy? Write these motivations out in detail so that you can solidify them in your head and they can continue to motivate you through the entire weight loss journey.</p>
<p>4. Accountability Keep a food diary. Keeping a food diary has been proven time and time again to increase your weight loss success by as much as 50! A food log is your accountability factor. It keeps you honest with yourself.</p>
<p>5. Visualize Visualize yourself enjoying the portions of your weight loss program that you are currently struggling to do. For instance if you hate the cardio portion of your day, start seeing yourself loving it. See it as your time. It can be your time to read while youre on the stationary bike. Or your time to watch all those movies you feel guilty watching any other time. Once you begin to visualize positive feelings about a certain activity the easier that activity will become.</p>
<p>6. The Pat-On-The-Back Keep a written log of your weight loss success. By writing down your weight loss on a weekly basis you are validating your efforts and giving yourself a pat-on-the-back. This will go a long way to keeping you on track.</p>
<p>Keep in mind that if you are utilizing the assistance of a personal fitness trainer or weight loss professional that they may use techniques to help you face your self-defeating habits. This might feel harsh and negative, however it isnt. Honesty is necessary to motivate change and this is different than running yourself down! Sometimes we have to hear the hard words to make the hard changes. Keep in mind that these professionals are seeking your ultimate success. Your success is their success. Lets face it, the weight gain started with you and to change that behavior you may have to deal with some uncomfortable feelings. A good trainer will help you feel cared about while still insisting that you deal with your bad habits. Its a good thing to be pushed past your comfort zone to becoming a better you!</p>
<p>Writing is the new exercise that can make all the rest of your weight loss efforts including good nutrition, exercise, and resistance training work for you because you will be working with these principles instead of against them. You will start seeing these weight loss techniques as a positive and permanent part of your life, instead of a temporary device. That will result in faster results that last forever!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Many of us like to ask some general questions about their weight and dieting plan.As I know , In the middle ages a fat lady was supposed to be the symbol of fertile mother earth and thus was considered beautiful. But now circumstances have been changed like, a women who walked with the heavy step of an elephant and solid busts considered less attractive and the idea to be as thin as a bamboo pole with solid busts came to be more attractive.</p>
<p>Many have suggestions that this concept arises after world war I and II, due to the scarcity of food, it became fashionable to look slim and trim.Some good suggestions for weight reduction are do not eat between meals For this you can take help of diet pills like  etc., espicially not all those chips munched before the TV. It can badly affect your appetite and can ruin your skin too.Fried things, not vegetables like potatoes,pastries and cakes are definitely no no!! Eat slowly and chew thoroughly. If you can&#8217;t resist yourself between meal snacking then you can satisfy your hunger with salads and fruit. I heard from one of my friend that he lost 4Kg in a month with the Israeli army diet. First 2 days only apples, the next two days only cheese and the last 2 daysonly boiled chicken.No tea or cofee or any other liquids, except water or fresh juice. But if your grand parents and parents are fat, how do you expect to looklike Naomi Campbell?Sometimes thyroid gland secretions alos cause extreme obesity or extreme thinness.But if you maintain your diet taking some appetite suppressants, you can reduce your weight. A normal person need about 2000 calories per day and if you reduce to 1000 calories, you will lose weight. Calories are in butter, cheese, pastries, cakes,puddings,sweets,soups, sauces, cocoa chocolate, dried beans and dried fruit.Less calories are found in spinach, fresh fruit and salad. green leafy vegetables have less calories.</p>
<p>Some people say that exercising like cycling can make fat legs slim and trim. But according to me exercise makes matters worse. Avoid cycling which is a muscle-developing exercise. Even swimming and dancing aggravates matters. Exercise is under 2 headings reducing and developing. People used to think if you drink plenty of water, you would become slim, but sometimes it does exactly the opposite. You retain water and that makes up fat.</p>
<p>Many people wants to firm up their stomach. For this you have to learn to brace it in and up, and you should not let it sag, like as if you are dropping it into a bag at the bottom of the tummy?The style of walking with the tummy-in behind-in by models is an exercise in itself. Do not walk with shoulders hunched.The tummy should be up and in , and the hips slightly forward. Also while walking, take a deep breath and pull your tummy muscle in. Exhale slowly, but do not let your tummy out. This will will remind you sagging all over the place! Sometime I stand before the bathroom mirror while I am washing my face or anything else, and I can see the pull in tummy exercise playing on the abdominal-muscles. Learn to do it automatically.But it is tiring to lift up your tummy like that because you are not used to using those muscles, but when it becomes second nature, it becomes easier. There are several exercises for the tummy. Lie flat, breathing deeply in and out. Divide each breath into 3 little jerks, pulling your tummy in at each little jerk. Let your breath out without buging the tummy. Do this in the few groups of 6, with a good rest in between.Lie down flat, hook your feet under a piece of furniture and put your hands under the head. Then try to rise to a sitting position without lifting the feet from the floor. Lie down flat keeping the knees straight and the toes pointing forwards. Move your feet so that the toes pointing up and, at the same time lift up the head to look. Then relax. Repeat the exercise 7 times. Some exercise about the ever expanding hips. Crouch with arms hunched about knees, as if you are getting ready to run a marathon. Then sway your body to and fro, backwards and forwards with emphasis on the leg muscles. You can also lie face down on the floor,, with the chin resting on the back of your hands. Then slowly lift your head up from the ground, which is quite difficult because at the same time you are trying to lift up your legs, one at a time also! Do this very slowly.</p>
<p>Now come to the thunder thighs. Actually they look extremly nasty instead of tasty. So that is why I am giving you a real nasty dose of exercises. Lie on your back and double your knees to your chest.Keep your feet together, then shoot both the legs about to right. Then slowly pendulum-wise, rotateyour legs to the left and then to original position again. Rotate your legs this way about 7 times to each side.Rest for a minute and then do some ait bicycling, with yourself still lying down. See, how a baby rotates its legs, follow the same procedure.A easy exercise for the thighs is stand straight, swing and touch your toes, left-right. Good fro your waist, good for your thighs.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you have been watching your weight all year, you certainly won&#8217;t want to add back the pounds during the holiday season! By making a commitment to yourself and your health, with these tips it will be possible to enjoy the holiday celebrations without adding extra pounds.</p>
<p>1. Don&#8217;t think diet, rather think about eating smarter.</p>
<p>2. Before attending a party, have a small high quality, nutritionally balanced meal. That way you will be less likely to be hungry and fill up on snack foods served with drinks.</p>
<p>3. While at a party, determine to hold your drink in your dominant hand all evening. This will make it a little less convenient to reach for food.</p>
<p>4. Think of one daily indulgence, rather than a &#8216;day of indulgence&#8217;.</p>
<p>5. Before attending a party resolve to snack only from fresh fruit and vegetable choices.</p>
<p>6. If you must have a taste of chips and other &#8216;dry&#8217; snack foods, alternate with fresh vegetable crudits. It is quite difficult to mix the tastes, so you are likely to eat more slowly and eventually give up. When that happens stick to the fresh food choices.</p>
<p>7. Choose between an alcoholic beverage, a dessert or a &#8216;sinful&#8217; main course, rather than indulging in all three. Rotate your choice when you have several events to attend.</p>
<p>8. Choose almonds, pecans and walnuts, eating individually and slowly. This way you can avoid handfuls of salted peanuts or cashews.</p>
<p>9. Alternate alcoholic drinks with a glass of sparkling mineral water with a dash of lime, or a vegetable juice dashed with a chili sauce.</p>

Has your quest for the holy grail of dieting become a substitute for actually making changes required to take the ill health out of your current diet? If so, you may not realise your thoughts are key to your happiness and success.</p>
<p>Do you look at yourself and say, &#8220;I&#8217;m fat&#8221;, or &#8220;My hips are too big&#8221;? Many of us look in the mirror and immediately compare ourselves to those &#8216;perfect&#8217; human specimens we see every single day on TV, in magazines and in the newspapers.</p>
<p>Often we talk to ourself and make excuses, &#8220;It&#8217;s my genes&#8221;, &#8220;I&#8217;m much too busy to get fit&#8221;, &#8220;I like myself this&#8221;, as a way of protecting yourself from the way we see ourselves now and the way we want to be.</p>
<p>If we were to be truly honest with ourselves most people actually want to lose a few pounds &#8211; if we only knew how.</p>
<p>The good news is you CAN achieve your desired body shape with the right thinking about yourself, an understanding of how to get optimal nutrition, healthy eating habits and how to incorporate activity into your lifestyle to keep your muscles toned.</p>
<p>But most important of all, you need a regular mental workout to keep your self-image in shape.</p>
<p>Self-image is closely connected to the success or failure of any goal you choose to seek after, but none more so that the goal to get yourself fit and healthy.</p>
<p>So how do you go about strengthening your self-image? Well fortunately your self-image, just like your muscles, will respond well to a regular work out. You can actually strengthen your self-image with a few daily exercises.</p>
<p>Exercise One &#8211; Self Examination</p>
<p>Start by compiling a list of all those negative thoughts your have about yourselfI&#8217;m undisciplined, I can&#8217;t manage my time, I let people down, I can&#8217;t succeed, I don&#8217;t exercise enough. You will need to decide before you start this process that you won&#8217;t get discouraged.these are things that you will admit to yourself but they most certainly don&#8217;t have to control your life.</p>
<p>Next, compile a second list including everything you LIKE about yourself. Keep going until this list is LONGER than the first list you compiled. You might include things such as, I am a good cook, I can make people laugh, I contribute to the soccer club, my daughter loves the way I decorate her room.</p>
<p>Then, take your &#8216;negatives&#8217; list and turn it into your &#8216;potentials&#8217; list. You do this by creating a positive self-image to every &#8216;negative&#8217; you listed. Instead of &#8220;I can&#8217;t succeed&#8221;, write a counter belief, &#8220;I will succeed&#8221;.</p>
<p>Ceremonially throw out the &#8216;negatives&#8217; list &#8211; you are saying goodbye forever! Burn them, trash them, destroy them.they are no longer going to be a part of your thinking about yourself.</p>
<p>Now, keep your list of potentials in a prominent place. On your refrigerator door, in your daily journal, or in a picture frame on your desk. Make sure you have them in front on your every single day so that you are reading them constantly and reprogramming your daily thoughts.</p>
<p>Exercise Two You Can Be What You Want to Be</p>
<p>Now that you have your list of potentials run your own visualisation stories so that you can &#8216;see&#8217; yourself in a new light. For example, if your list of potential includes &#8220;I eat just the right portions&#8221;, visualise yourself with a moderate portion on your plate, and feeling completely satisfied at the conclusion of your meal.</p>
<p>Read through your list of potentials every day taking a few moments of personal quiet time to reflect strongly on your visualisations. Try starting your day first thing in the morning and finishing as the last thing at night with visualising yourself being the person on your list, and doing the things you want to do.</p>
<p>Exercise Three Keep a Journal of Your Daily Successes</p>
<p>Keep a record of all the positive changes in thoughts you have about yourself. We all have triumphs and &#8216;failures&#8217;. You must record and remind yourself of the positive changes because our human nature will replay the negatives &#8211; sometimes blowing them out of proportion. It&#8217;s important to nurture and celebrate the small steps you make every day.</p>
<p>Exercise Four Go Easy On Yourself &#8211; You Are Beautiful Work In Progress</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t listen to the criticismnot your own nor that of others! Remember you are the designer of your self-esteem, do not hand this over to other people. You are way too important to give this away. Protect your role as creator of your own self-image and do not, take on board negative criticisms. We all make mistakes, and mistakes can be used to help us learn. Do not criticise yourself for being human and making a mistake. The only last mistake in the one from which we never learn to grow.</p>
<p>Exercise Five Forget About The Past</p>
<p>The only moment you can live is the current one. You can&#8217;t live in the future and you most certainly shouldn&#8217;t live in the past.the challenge is to take charge of our thinking so that we think in the same time zone in which we live!</p>
<p>For example we may be tempted to think about yesterday&#8217;s failures&#8221;If only I hadn&#8217;t eaten second helpings&#8221;, &#8220;If only I didn&#8217;t reach for the chocolate cookies&#8221;. If we concentrate on the mistakes of yesterday this will our brains to replay our failures and reinforce them to us.</p>
<p>Yesterday is over, today is where you live.make sure that today you do NOT replay yesterday&#8217;s failures and make your resolve to change TODAY.</p>
<p>Exercise Six Resolve to Change Today</p>
<p>Just as you shouldn&#8217;t live in the past, you can&#8217;t live in the future. You can only live or change today. The oldest clich in the world is perhaps one of the greatest truisms of all&#8217;tomorrow NEVER comes!&#8217;</p>
<p>There is no better time than now. So, no matter what excuses you may have to wait to take those healthy steps you know you should take, none of them are valid. Do it now, do it today. Resolve to make a different in your own life before you go to sleep tonight.</p>
<p>Exercise Seven Write a Plan For your Life</p>
<p>This is your success plan. If you have not already done so it is time for you to create direction and purpose in your plans for yourself. Review your list of potentials and record next to each potential when you want to achieve this by.</p>
<p>Exercise Eight Carry Affirmation Cards About Yourself</p>
<p>This is one of the fastest tools for your success. You are what you think. Strengthen your self-image every day by reviewing your thoughts. One of the easiest ways to do this is to carry affirmation cards in your wallet and review regularly. Affirmation cards are short bursts of words in business card that prompt and remind your self-image of your intentions. An example might be</p>
<p>     I can achieve anything that I put my mind to.</p>
<p>     I will be satisfied with single helpings.</p>
<p>Try it, you have absolutely nothing to lose and everything to gain!</p>
<p>Exercise Nine Change Your Eating Habits</p>
<p>Now that you have set the groundwork in place, you are now ready to change your physical habits. You are ready to add a balanced nutritious diet, healthy eating habits, regular exercise and relaxation.</p>
<p>By using these nine exercises daily to change your thinking habits, you will be strengthening your self esteem and unlocking your internal power to make a change in your life. Before you can change lifelong eating habits, you must first change life long thinking habits. We are what we think. We can&#8217;t be something other than what we believe we can be!</p>
<p>So, do yourself a favour, liberate your self-image and then, see how much more effective your healthy living plan becomes!</p>

<p>Hoodia Gordonii is an African cactus that grows naturally only in the Kalahari desert. For thousands of years the bushman of this region have eaten Hoodia Gordonii with no apparent ill side effects, like the racing heart experience of Ephedra or other supplements.In fact, the only known side effect seems to be an overall good feeling. However, the bushman used the Hoodia Gordonii sparingly and further studies are required to examine the possible side effects of regular doses over a long period of time.</p>
<p>WILL THE HOODIA GORDONII HELP YOU LOOSE WEIGHT?</p>
<p>The molecule that has been linked to the appetite suppressing abilities of Hoodia Gordonii, now called P.57, appears to affect both humans and animals. One study showed a decrease in appetite by 30-40. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Everybody knows that calories are the enemy, and that more calories equals more weight gained. Therefore, most people believe that losing weight is as simple as cutting way back on calories.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s just simple mathematics, right?</p>
<p>After all, if you&#8217;re eating 3,000 calories per day and you cut back to 1,000 calories per day, then those extra 2,000 calories have to be burned from your body, right?</p>
<p>It&#8217;s as simple as 2  2 equals 4, right? Well, this is not exactly true.</p>
<p>First, let&#8217;s talk about the average person who begins a diet. The scenario usually goes something like this&#8230;</p>
<p>One day you look in the mirror and you finally get fed up with the way your body looks or the way that your clothes fit &#8211; and on this day you get &#8220;angry&#8221; with yourself, and you begin cutting way back on calories in an attempt to starve yourself thinner.</p>
<p>So you officially begin your &#8220;starvation diet.&#8221;</p>
<p>On the first day you skip breakfast altogether after all, you&#8217;re so filled with anger and motivation that it&#8217;s easy to skip breakfast.</p>
<p>Then, a few hours later your motivation quickly gives way to severe hunger &#8211; since your body is not accustomed to being without calories for so long.</p>
<p>Finally, by lunchtime you&#8217;re so hungry that you feel weak and miserable, but yet you tell yourself that you can make it through this tough hunger after all, you don&#8217;t want to look like a quitter to your friends and family who know that you&#8217;re dieting.</p>
<p>So you have a small piece of fruit for lunch perhaps, bravely trying to stick to your plan of starving yourself thin.</p>
<p>Then, hours later when dinnertime arrives you&#8217;re so hungry and weak that you have a big migraine headache &#8211; and you&#8217;re beginning to realize that starving yourself might not be such a good idea after all.</p>
<p>However, you try to hold out for another day or two on this miserable diet &#8211; since nobody likes to feel like a quitter.</p>
<p>So you&#8217;ll probably hold out for another day or two, making yourself miserable in the meantime.</p>
<p>There are even some brave dieters who may hold out for a week or so, possibly even 2 weeks for the bravest of dieters.</p>
<p>However, regardless of how long you hold out &#8212; the result is still the same.</p>
<p>You see, even after 2 weeks of starving you won&#8217;t have made any noticeable difference to your body when you look in the mirror.</p>
<p>Why?</p>
<p>Simple, because the weight lost during a starvation diet is largely water weight, not real weight loss. This water weight will be gained back immediately when you stop dieting and begin eating normally again.</p>
<p>Also, when you starve yourself your body begins burning fewer calories each day &#8212; so even though you&#8217;re eating fewer calories each day you must remember that your body is also burning fewer calories.</p>
<p>For example, let&#8217;s say that you normally eat 2,500 calories per day before you begin dieting. Then, you suddenly try to starve yourself by eating only 1,000 calories per day.</p>
<p>Guess what?</p>
<p>Even though you&#8217;re eating 1,500 fewer calories per day your body will begin burning 1,500 fewer calories per day &#8211; so your weight will remain the same even though you&#8217;re starving yourself.</p>
<p>When your body begins burning fewer calories it&#8217;s called a weight loss &#8220;plateau.&#8221; This is why virtually all starvation dieters cannot make the scale go down after about 2 weeks of dieting.</p>
<p>This is why even the most determined of &#8220;starvation dieters&#8221; always fail after just a couple of weeks.</p>
<p>The truth is that &#8220;noticeable&#8221; weight loss simply cannot be achieved by starvation, and it&#8217;s pointless to even try that type of diet.</p>
<p>True weight loss can only be achieved by giving your body the right types of calories at the right times each day. Your body is like a big engine, and the truth is that it needs all 3 types of calories protein, carbs, and fat to some degree.</p>
<p>The best way to lose weight is to effectively manage these 3 types of calories, so that your body receives the proper amount of protein, the proper amount of carbs &#8211; and also the proper amount of fat each day.</p>
