This lessens the chances of the sperm ever reaching the egg and fertilizing it.</p>
<p>As with any other birth control pill, the main problem with Yasmin is that you have to be very conscientious about taking it. You need to set a regular time to take the pill so as to maximize its effectiveness and to help you develop the habit of taking it. Missing pills may have dire consequences, depending on the number of pills missed and the week you missed it.</p>
<p>You should also talk to your doctor if you are taking other medication, especially antibiotics. Some antibiotics are known to interfere with the Pills effectiveness. I am sure you wouldnt want to get pregnant just because of an oversight.</p>
<p>Compared to other birth control pills available in the market, Yasmin is a bit pricey. However, I like the fact that it is not supposed to make you gain as much weight as the other pills. In fact, that was my main reason when I chose to use this pill.</p>
<p>Another reason I like Yasmin is that it seems to have helped my acne problem. Ever since I started using it, I havent had the major breakouts that I usually experience.</p>
<p>It is not without side effects, though. During the first couple of months that I used it, I had really bad stomach cramps. It was very inconvenient as I couldnt control the pain and the urge to go to the wash room. Around the third month I think my body got used to it and the stomach cramps went away. Other slight side effects are nausea, migraine headaches, and breast tenderness. Doctors encourage smokers to quit  or at least lessen  smoking when on the pill. So far, I havent had any negative experiences regarding this even though I did cut back on smoking.</p>
<p>I would recommend Yasmin to anyone who wants to get on the pill. It claims to be 99 effective in preventing pregnancy and so far, I can guarantee it works.</p>

If needing to lose weight eat below your caloric needs. No more than 30 cut.<br />
If needing to gain weight then eat above. Increase by 15 as needed.</p>
<p>2 Eat for Balance-Get at least 30 of every nutrient in a day proteincarbsfats. The other 10 is to do whatever you want with it.</p>
<p>3 Eat the right foods-This goes as follows.<br />
Protein-Lean and Complete chicken, turkey, egg whites, whey<br />
Carbs-Fruits and veggies should make up the majority of your diet and be paired with every meal.<br />
Fats-Polymono fat balance highfish oils, nuts, olive oil;Low Saturated fats</p>
<p>4 Eat Often- Eat 4-6 meals a day.<br />
Each meal should contain 1 complete protein.<br />
Each meal should contain 1 carb source of either fruitveggies.</p>
<p>5 Eat 1 ingredient items-85 of your meals should be of one ingredient items.<br />
An apples ingredients are an apple. An egg is an egg. You can certainly mix and match on ingredient items, but other than that your items 85 of the time should only be 1 ingredient items.</p>
<p>6 Drink Water-12 to 1 gallon a day for women who exercises, 1 to 1 12 gallon for men who exercise.</p>
<p>That&#8217;s it. If you stick to that you will get results, plain and simple.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Fragrances can often reflect our mood and personality. A certain scent on a good friend may smell quite differently on you as each fragrance reacts differently according to our own chemical makeup.</p>
<p>When testing a perfume in a store, be sure to wait about 10 minutes to allow the fragrance to react to your body chemistry before buying it. Smell it after the first application and then smell it again after waiting. This allow you to sample both the top and middle notes of the scent and give you a good sense of how the fragrance will linger throughout the day.</p>
<p>Be sure to limit how many fragrances you try at one time at the store &#8211; stick to just 3 or 4 at a time. Otherwise your olfactory senses may become overwhelmed and you may not be able to tell one perfume from the other!</p>
<p>If you are concerned about an allergic reaction, wait about an hour or so after sampling the perfume. If no reaction occurs by that time, it is probably safe to go ahead and splurge on that new perfume!</p>
<p>Always apply fragrances directly to your skin or hair, as some fragrances especially parfums and eau de parfums which have a higher concentration of oils may cause discoloration on certain fabrics. Never spray fragrances directly on silk &#8211; it will damage it!</p>
<p>If you like to spritz a bit on your clothing, be sure to test it first on hidden area such as an inner lining before spraying it all over yourself! This is especially true for delicate fabrics and &#8220;dry clean only&#8221; clothing.</p>
<p>I suggest changing your fragrance depending upon the season. In other words, go for lighter scents during the hotter weather and keep the stronger scents for the drier, cool weather. Heat intensifies the scent, so there is no need to douse yourself in a heavy scent during the summer. And if you are outdoors, be aware that bees, wasps, hornets, and other flying bugs are attracted to flowery fragrances which is another good reason to stick to light, clean scents!</p>
<p>Speaking of heat, if you want to keep that favorite perfume as fresh as the day you bought it, keep the bottle in a cool, dark place. Keep the bottle in it&#8217;s original box, if possible. You may even want to keep it in the fridge, so you can have a refreshingly cool spritz of your perfume before heading out for the day!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Fat free has almost become a cornerstone in many households. It is certainly something of a fixture on modern restaurant menus. And industries have catered to the fat free preoccupation by supplying foods labeled fat free and low fat, as well as herbal and medical products that block fat metabolism. But the bottom line on the beauty and health fronts, is that if you want beautiful skin with fewer wrinkles, or to speed up your metabolism, you need to eat the right kind of fats.</p>
<p>The benefits to your skin of eating the right fats daily are many. Beneficial fats stimulate the production of collagen, improves the blood flow in the layer below the skin that supplies nutrients for the creation of new, healthy skin cells. Poor quality blood flow here means under performing new skin cells. Fats keep the skin moist, from the inside. Fats are crucial for the absorption of the fat soluble vitamin &#8211; A, D, E, and K. And the beneficial phytonutrients like carotene, lycopene and lutein need fat to be absorbed also.</p>
<p>For example, eating salad with a dressing containing fats increases the absorption of these phytonutrients. A study, published in the Journal of the American College of Nutrition and referenced in Gorgeous Skin by E Angyal found that those who ate a salad with a low fat dressing had very little alpha-carotene, beta-carotene and lycopene in blood tests taken afterwards. Those who had a full fat dressing with the salad had noticeably higher levels of these carotenes and lycopene metabolites in their blood. </p>
<p>Fats also help produce and regulate hormones, reduce inflammation the right fats anyway, and prevent eczema, psoriasis, and hair loss.</p>
<p>According to Erica Angyal, you need about 2tbsp, or 20 grams of fats per day so the skin can lubricate itself, and so enough vitamin A can be absorbed. Vitamin A prevents premature aging.</p>
<p>Erica Angyal recommends olive oil, flaxseed oil, walnut oil, pumpkin seed oil, coconut oil, mustard seed oil, avocado oil, soy oil, macadamia oil, and canola oil. She suggests using extra virgin, virgin, cold pressed oils where they are available, as these are always much better quality, and the way they are processed means unhealthy chemical changes to the oils are avoided. Of the oils here, the mono unsaturated oils are olive oil, avocado oil, macadamia oil, as well as the oil from cold water fish, like swordfish, mackerel and salmon. Mono unsaturated oils can reduce wrinkles. The polyunsaturated oils are flaxseed, walnut, pumpkin seed, and canola oil. For the reasons outlined below, I would not personally use these to gain the bulk of needed daily fats. Coconut oil is a saturated fat, but extremely good for you.</p>
<p>Coconut Oil</p>
<p>I love this stuff. Not only does it have a beautiful aroma when it is good quality, cold pressed coconut oil, but it has amazing health benefits that go beyond great looking skin. Aging, including aging of the brain and skin, is associated with a process called &#8216;peroxidation&#8217;. This simply means that free radicals remove an oxygen electron from the fats lipids in our cellular membranes. Ultraviolet light, from the sun, causes peroxidation in unsaturated fats, both in the laboratory and in your skin. This increases the rate at which wrinkles form. </p>
<p>And unsaturated fats, like regular vegetable oils, decrease the metabolic rate. Unsaturated fats suppress the response of the body&#8217;s tissues to thyroid hormone. Unsaturated fats inhibit the protein digestive enzyme that forms thyroid hormone, as well as damaging the mitochondria in cells, which relates to cellular energy production. Coconut oil counteracts these unwelcome effects of unsaturated fats.</p>
<p>Coconut oil is incredibly versatile. Because it is so stable, it can be used in cooking without becoming hydrogenated. And it doesn&#8217;t change the flavor of the food, despite its strong aroma. Coconut oil contains medium chain fatty acids. These are not stored in the cells like other fats but go directly to the liver which converts them into energy. The shorter chain length allows them to bypass the metabolic pathway that other longer chain fats need to use. Coconut oil is the only saturated fat that is good for the body. </p>
<p>Interestingly, Dr Mercola&#8217;s website quotes an article by Dr Ray Peat in which he mentions that when so called essential fatty acids were used in patients fed intravenously, their immune systems were suppressed. Consequently, coconut oil is used instead. The only exceptions are in cases where immunosuppression is needed, such as in organ transplant patients. The essential fatty acids are the omega 3 and omega 6 polyunsaturated fatty acids. Examples are flaxseed oil, the oils of cold water fish like salmon, evening primrose oil, and sunflower oil.</p>

<p>Collagen &#8211; This is best known for assisting in the elasticity of your skin. The collagen that is found in cosmetics actually comes from animals.</p>
<p>Formaldehyde &#8211; This is basically just a gas used in products that acts as a preservative and disinfectant.</p>
<p>Glycerine &#8211; This comes from animal fats and is used as an emollient.</p>
<p>Laureth &#8211; This is the emollient that comes from coconut oil.</p>
<p>Oleic Acid &#8211; This is a fatty acid that comes from olives.</p>
<p>Seaweed &#8211; We all know what seaweed is but it is used to thicken some cosmetics and products.</p>
<p>Soy Oil &#8211; This comes from the soybean and is used in moisturizers and conditioners.</p>
<p>Talc &#8211; Talc is a soft mineral that is usually used to make talcum powder. It is also used in cosmetics such as powders to help with coverage.</p>

<p>Witch Hazel &#8211; Witch Hazel comes from the witch hazel shrub but is also mixed with alcohol to give it cleansing properties.</p>
